BODYFundamentalsllc is a Personal Training and Online Wellness/Nutrition Coaching business, which has been flourishing for almost 30 years!

My heart is to encourage others to take time to care for themselves, and each other, in our journey through life.  I have to admit, I wasn't so great about that when I was a young wife and mom.  I felt guilty taking time for me.  I inwardly battled with finding more balance in all areas of wellness.  During that time, I learned some valuable strategies that have continued over the years, although they certainly look different now.  At that time, I realized that I had the opportunity to become a more joyful (and organized) wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, just by taking some time to look inward, extend a bit more grace and compassion for myself (and others!), and realize it will never be perfect and doesn't need to be!  Not an easy journey, but well worth it!

On this earth for several decades now, I'm still excited to have the opportunity to consult, coach and train people of all ages, as well as work with companies to develop wellness curriculum for their employees.  I've also been privileged to collaborate with leaders in the medical field; researching and designing programs specific to those struggling with serious health issues, such as Parkinson's disease and cancer.


I've certainly experienced many life changes myself, which I believe has made me a more compassionate and well-versed coach and trainer.

I look forward to walking along side you in your journey toward optimal health, and more importantly, grace toward yourself and others around you!
